"Hello everyone, my name is Madison Ortega, and I have been truly blessed by God with the privilege of calling the founder of Aliyah Ministry, Stefanie Caston, my aunt. She has been my best friend for as long as I can remember and has played one of the most vital roles in my salvation and relationship with the Lord. Long before God gave her the call to start Aliyah Ministry, He was already preparing her heart. I know this because she took me in—a broken, confused girl carrying a lot of trauma—and taught me what true love looks like. A love that can’t be broken, tarnished, replaced, or lost. She showed me the love of Jesus. I was in sixth grade at the time, and I can confidently say that her love and mentorship changed the trajectory of my life. Since then, both she and Jason—who I lovingly call JBob—have continued to pour into me, mentoring my husband and me through our engagement and into our marriage.Today, I lead my own Bible study, and I walk in the confidence of who I am in Christ—all because Stefanie chose to mentor a 12-year-old girl who needed hope. I am honored to now serve on the Aliyah Ministry team, managing the social media and website. Being part of this grace- and love-filled ministry has helped me become a stronger disciple of Jesus.Serving alongside Stefanie isn’t just ministry—it’s legacy. And I thank God every day that He placed her in my life, not just as an aunt, but as a spiritual mother who helped me find freedom, healing, and purpose in Christ."
